The mission of Martin County West Schools is to provide an engaging education that nurtures learners who are confident critical thinkers prepared to contribute to an ever-changing world.
A focus area of our strategic plan is Planning for Student Success and includes a goal to develop a comprehensive curriculum that is aligned, guaranteed, and viable for each MCW student so that they achieve consistently above state average.
To achieve that goal, MCW Schools uses a multi-year process to continually revise and improve each content area through a Plan, Do, Study, Act cycle to ensure alignment to the Minnesota academic standards and research-based instructional practices.
