Fitness Classes by Mary

  • Monday: Pilates/Barre 4:30-5:15 pm Gentle Yoga 5:25-6:25 pm
  • Wednesday: Chair Yoga 3:30-4:15 pm Fusion Fitness 4:30-5:30 pm: for all levels; fusion of Pilates, Yoga, dance and more!
  • Thursday: Yoga 6:30-7:30 pm: open to all, prenatal focus; gain strength, endurance and flexibility.
