This position is responsible for the overall coordination for the summer ball boys t-ball through pony league.  This is a part-time position that will begin ASAP.

Essential Functions
  • Direct coaching staff
  • Schedule umpires for baseball games
  • Promote a relaxed, fun, and safe atmosphere for participants
  • Communicate with parents/guardians
  • Maintain an atmosphere of good sportsmanship for players, coaches, and spectators
  • Other responsibilities as needed
Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have knowledge/background in baseball and/or softball
  • Previous coaches experience desired
  • Must have ability to work with kids
  • Must be able to organize and coordinate the program
  • Must have ability to communicate with coaching staff, parents, and participants

The Martin County West School District is seeking a superintendent/PreK-2 Principal as of July 1, 2021 or as soon as hereafter as is practical.  Candidates must possess licensure as a Superintendent and Principal in the State of Minnesota or demonstrate their ability to secure licensure by July 1, 2021.  Previous experience as a candidate is preferred but not required.  Applications will be accepted until February 19, 2021.

Martin County West Schools is located in South Central Minnesota with District Offices in Sherburn.  The school district serves approximately 655 students from Kindergarten through grade 12.  The students are served in three school sites.
